Virginia TV journalists shot dead live on air

Reporter 'Alison Parker' aged 24 and cameraman 'Adam Ward' aged 27 were shot dead in Moneta, Virginia. One member of the news crew is injured. News crew of WDBJ7 TV
The attack took place at a large shopping centre - the Bridgewater Plaza - in Bedford County, about 120 miles (190 km) from the Virginia state capital of Richmond. Parker and Ward were filming for their morning news show at the shopping and recreational centre.
Richard Lister says there are eight distinct shots and screams on the video of the shooting.
