An ingrown toenail is caused by an overgrowth of nail
and/or skin and it can be quite painful.
If you begin to notice the early stages of an ingrown toenail, make sure to adhere to the following treatment plan.
Bathe your affected foot in a mixture of 2 liters of warm water mixed with 3 tablespoons of baking soda to soften your skin. Disinfect a small, torn portion of a cotton ball with antibacterial liquid. Place the torn cotton piece under the ingrown toenail with tweezers. Change the cotton and repeat this entire procedure every 24 hours for 15 days and your problem will be cured
